Love their hamburgers and chili, especially with no beans. I was told that the salad with chicken was good also.

My favorite is Philly cheesesteak with a side of fried jalapeños. Staff is friendly. Food is delicious and comes out HOT!

Food was so good I got the Tuesday special which was a hamburger n fries w a drink only about 7.75 and it was prettty busy I didn't expect that. Service was great and atmosphere was nice !

Food is great, chili and fries are exactly what you need on a cold day. Wish they had corn bread but crackers are just as good, Highly recommend you try this place.

Let me just start by saying I am not really a hamburger kind of guy; however if we lived close to Ron's I may become one. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with the cheese and bacon fries (I like cheese and bacon ‍) the food came out in under 10 min and the place was pretty well packed. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. She was the only one at that time and handle everyone in a timely manner. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. The booth we sat in was obviously older, as it had rips in the seat; but to me that just means people have frequented this restaurant, and I can see why. If you are in Tomball and looking for an old fashioned hamburger, chili burger, great fries, etc... stop by Ron's I give it

This restaurant is in a strip mall which is part of a larger mall. This will always be ample parking. I ordered a single hamburger. It was not really worth over $4.00. It had flavor but the bun was very greasy. I also ordered a half order of Spanish fries. The fries were tasty, the onions were good but the jalapeños had little flavor. I also had a small order of Cole slaw. That did taste good. The waitress was efficient. The place was clean. The rest of my group all had chili and they were very happy with it. A meal for seven with only 4 drinks was over $100 so this place is not exactly cheap.

Seriously good chili. Mine had beans and cheese (ordered that way). By the end of the bowl, my lips were burning slightly, so there is a little kick. I also had several French fries from my hubby's plate (they were very good too). I think he ordered the Spanish fries (I hope that's what they were named). Service was friendly and fast. We had seven in our group, and they easily put two tables together for us.

Seat yourself. Service is amazing and attentive. Id come for the sides more so than the burgers. The burger here is good but nothing unique. Added the onions and jalapeños from the Spanish fries to my burger and it was good. The fries were good - hand cut, airy, and crispy. The onion rings were the star of the show - light beer batter, crispy, and airy.

Wanted a good local burger so I went to the trusty Yelp to help. Stopped in at Ron's and had a seat. Ambiance was good. Not uncomfortable when I walked in as some places can be. Had a 1/3 pound cheeseburger and a bowl of the famous award winning chili. Both were very good but the prize for best chili still goes to my wife!! But this was a good substitute. Oh also had the frosty root-beer. It was yummmmm. Free refills were included which I don't typically see on the special drinks. Waitress was not the most attentive but still got things done. May have gotten a 5 if that was changed. Overall a good experience. I would come back i I'm in the mood for a local burger.
